In this episode of NAMI-OC's Declassified Anxiety Survival Guide, hosts Breann, Philip, and Amanda talk with Brianna and Hector from APAIT. APAIT, Asian Pacific Aids Intervention Team, is an organization that was founded on helping the stigma surrounding HIV and Aids, and now helps many different aspects of LGBTQIA+ community regarding HIV education, substance abuse, HIV testing, and sexual health. In this episode, Brianna and Hector explain a variety of different topics including proper use of pronouns, the differences between gender and sexuality, and toxic masculinity. They share resources and helpful tips in how to properly use pronouns, and how to live a healthy sexual lifestyle.
